Applied Bioinformatics Core Facility

Overview of Services

The ABC Facility supplies advanced and continuously up-to-date tools of computational and statistical genomics bridging the gap between the science and the computational execution for large-scale genomic activities. It provides bioinformatics support through:

● Resource development, implementation and availability;
● High performance computing;
● Petascale data storage and lifecycle management;
● Custom database and application development;
● Customer-initiated consultation

Provides education and training of clinical and basic sciences research faculty and their teams, by fostering accessibility to project-specific large scale computing and by providing workshops and walk-in clinics.
